Establishment of a company and request for VAT number

Our collaboration foresees several phases. From first meetings to get to know your goals and needs to complete assistance for the management of the new company:

  • assistance to obtain documents – support at competent authorities, translations, interpretations,
  • preparation of documents for the establishment,
  • assistance in finding suitable offices and personnel,
  • first selection of the personnel,
  • assistance to create a banc account, other necessary communication with the bank,
  • when needed assistance in determining the suitable financing,

Our bookkeeping is managed in base of a double entry system for companies, private individuals, sole proprietors, associations, societies and political parties, independent cultural workers and farmers. We work in accordance with Slovenian and international accounting standards:

  • we perform all the functions that are an integral part of accounting as a totality,
  • emphasis is placed on the quality of accounting reports, particularly in the context of the preparation of annual reports,
  • we participate in all phases of audits,

Acquisition of companies

  • we offer the opportunity to purchase an already existent company,
  • we work in accordance with the due diligence – the subjects of purchase are previously verified (verification of financial statements and annual reports, legal and financial risks,…),
  • we prepare all necessary document for the acquisition,
  • we organize the meeting with the notary,
  • we give tax, legal and financial consultancy.
